KS2 Parents: Has your child mentioned ‘Sumdog’?
Tue 15 Dec 2020Sumdog claims that it personalises Maths through adaptive learning and multi-player games that pupils love – and we agree!

At ACE, every child in KS2 has a Sumdog account. In fact, children are currently enjoying a ‘National Holiday Contest’, where they are competing against others from across the UK.
Teachers will have provided children with the required login details.

Christmas Dinner! Friday 11th December
Fri 27 Nov 2020Christmas Dinner will be on Friday 11th December. Children who have school dinners will automatically be given the option to have it.
If your child normally has a pack up but would like to have the Christmas dinner, please sign up and pay using your Parentpay account. The deadline to do this is the end of Wednesday 2nd December.
The cost is £2.35 per child.

Wearing a Festive Outfit for the day. Tuesday 1st December
Thu 26 Nov 2020On Tuesday 1st December Leeds schools are being invited to ‘dress up for Christmas’, by wearing a festive outfit for the day.
If your child/ren has PE on that day, they need tp wear something appropriate for PE activities. This could be a festive jumper with their their PE kit.

COVID News 23 November 2020 – Collapsed bubble
Mon 23 Nov 2020Due to a positive COIVD-19 test result we have unfortunately had to collapse the Reception bubble and one of the OOSC bubbles. Children need to self-isolate to Saturday 5th December (inclusive) and can return to school on Monday 7th December if they do not have a temperature, persistent cough or loss of/change in smell or taste. A letter has been sent to all children who are included and if you have any questions please email office@allertonceprimary.com
