Out of School Club
Out of School Club
We want to support our parents, in being able to work, and have planned our before and after school provision to help with this. We can offer care for up to 120 children in the morning and after school. These are split between EYFS/Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 rooms.
Allerton C of E Out of School Club (OOSC) is available to all children from 3 Year Old Nursery through to Year 6 (aged 3-11 years of age). We are open every school day from 7.30am until 6pm.
Children do not have to attend every day but the weekly pattern of sessions required will need to be specified in your contract.
If you wish to cancel your child's place or change the sessions in your contract, please email the office in advance and provide at least 1 month's notice.
No refunds will be given if your child is unable to attend (away ill or on holiday during term time) as we have to staff the club according to the numbers registered to attend. We do not charge for training days or if the school closes. Invoices are prepared monthly. We ask for payment within 7 days of the invoice. Please let us know if this is a problem so that we can sort out a payment plan.
OOSC fees can be paid using ParentPay. Please use your unique ParentPay Account activation details and visit www.parentpay.com. Payment can also be made by childcare vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare.
Visit the Childcare Choices website for the latest on Tax-Free Childcare and the wider government childcare offer. Parents can open an online account, which they can use to pay for childcare from a registered provider. For every £8 parents pay into these accounts the government will add £2.

Additional Needs and Admissions
Our Out of School Club application form invites parents and carers to share important information about their child, including any additional needs they may have. This enables us to plan appropriately and support each child’s participation in the club.
Although the Out of School Club operates within the school building, it is a separate provision. However, we remain committed to offering a high-quality, inclusive environment for all children in our care.
We recognise that our Out of School Club may not be the most suitable setting for every child and parents and carers may want to consider other wraparound care options.
While we strive to be inclusive and responsive to a wide range of needs, our priority is to maintain a safe, balanced and nurturing environment for all children attending. Each application will be considered on an individual basis, and we will endeavour to explore reasonable adjustments or additional support wherever possible before making a decision.
In some circumstances, a place may not be offered, or might be withdrawn, if a child’s specific needs significantly impact the experience of others or the overall operation of the provision.
