'The school’s calm, friendly atmosphere is obvious as you enter the school. Everyone is welcoming. The school is very much about everyone and is pupil-focused and inclusive. Everyone feels safe and adults and pupils genuinely care for each other. Relationships are clearly very strong. Staff have fostered a fantastic team ethos, are very supportive of each other, friendly, happy, approachable and know their pupils and families well, which ensures everyone feels valued.'
