Pupil Premium Grant

The Pupil Premium Grant is additional Government funding provided to schools to help disadvantaged pupils achieve their full potential.

The Department for Education states that schools may direct Pupil Premium funding towards:

• supporting the educational benefit of pupils registered at the school;
• providing support and services that benefit eligible pupils alongside other pupils; and
• contributing towards activities, resources or community-based provision that improve outcomes for pupils and their families.

At Allerton CE Primary School, we allocate this funding thoughtfully and strategically to ensure every child has the opportunity to love, learn and flourish. Our approach focuses on removing barriers, strengthening learning and providing the support, opportunities and experiences that children need to thrive.
